Legal

The information on this website pertains to Finhouse Global Fund I, a private alternative investment fund (“private alternatieve instelling voor collectieve belegging” / “organisme de placement collectif alternatif privé”) for which the status of ‘private privak’ (“private privak” / “pricaf privée”) will be requested, to be incorporated under the legal form of a limited partnership (“commanditaire vennootschap” / “société en commandite”) under the laws of Belgium, having its seat at Vogelmarkt 43, 9000 Gent and to be registered with the Register of Legal Entities (Gent, division Gent) (the “Fund”) and to Finhouse Partners, a private limited liability company (“besloten vennootschap” / “société à responsabilité limitée”) under the laws of Belgian, having its seat at Vogelmarkt 43, 9000 Gent and registered with the Register of Legal Entities (Gent, division Gent) under number 1018.729.434 (the “Manager”).

The Fund will be managed by the Manager, registered with the FSMA as a managers of alternative investment funds under Belgian law.

If an offering for interests in the Fund will be made, such interests in the Fund will only be sold, offered for sale or marketed in Belgium on an individual basis, in accordance with the exemptions regarding the ‘public offer’ of securities within the meaning of article 1, §4, (a), (b) and (d) of the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC and article 5, §1 of the law of 19 April 2014 on alternative entities for collective investments and their managers.

Any information, such as the final fund documentation (e.g., the limited partnership agreement (‘LPA’), the subscription agreement, articles of association, ESG related disclosures, and key information document (‘KID’)) relating to the Fund, can be obtained in case of serious interest, as established by the Manager, by mailing to info@finhouse.be.

Investment in the fund

Potential investors should be aware that an investment in the Fund carries a high level of risk. The general risks associated with investments in small companies are applicable, such as illiquidity, lack of dividends, and a long investment horizon. There can be no guarantee that the investment objectives of the Fund will be achieved or that an investor will recover their invested capital.

Past performance of the Fund or the underlying funds are not a reliable indicator of future returns.
